Preferred RP partners
This section gives details of the Council's preferred housing association partners for the development of new affordable housing in the borough.
In 2008 the Council invited nine Registered Providers (housing associations) to become preferred partners for the development and provision of new affordable housing in the Borough. These Preferred Partners replaced the four selected in 2003.
The Council selected these nine Registered Providers (RPs) as it wants to strengthen its partnership working with the major housing associations that already own homes in the borough.
We also have a preferred partner for the development of extra care housing; this partner was selected in 2007.
