Every second and fourth Monday of the month we get together to practice our public speaking skills in a safe, supportive environment.

As well as growing our public speaking confidence and developing invaluable leadership skills, we can also guarantee plenty of fun, laughter and a regular opportunity for networking. It’s free to come along and visit and our meetings always have a few brand new guests who’ve come to see what we’re all about. There’s no pressure to join the club. Meetings normally follow a similar format, which means we have three prepared speeches from our members and those speeches are then evaluated by other members. Evaluations are a chance for the speakers (and the audience) to understand what they did well and learn what they could do to improve next time. In the second part of the evening, we hold an impromptu speaking session, which gives members and guests the opportunity to come up and speak for a couple of minutes on a topic. There is no pressure on anybody to speak and guests are more than welcome to just sit back and enjoy the evening. We look forward to meeting you at the Reigate Rhetoric soon. It’s the talk of the town!

Please note change of venue - we now meet at
