Private clamping
Surrey County Council and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council do not clamp or remove illegally parked vehicles. We are aware of private clamping work within the borough. However, the council has no control over how this is operated.

Private car parks
Please note there are also a number of private car parks around the borough.
The owners of private car parks are responsible for safety and all maintenance issues relating to their car parks.
