Pest control fees 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013
This page provides information about charges for pest control in the borough.
Please note a hardship reduction of approximately 50% applies in certain cases, i.e. if you are receiving housing or council tax benefit, income support, income based job seeker's allowance, income based employment & support allowance, working tax credit or pension credit guarantee.
Fees 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013
The fees in the table below are effective from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013 and include 20% VAT.

*Domestic premises means any average size self-contained dwelling e.g. house or flat but excludes residential care homes and Houses in Multiple Occupation.
**Ant treatment only includes common black ants indoors. Special rates will apply Pharaoh’s ants or other ant species are treated.
***Where the total ½ hourly charge is less than the relevant domestic premises rate, the domestic rate will apply.
Payment for domestic customers
Payment is normally due on first visit.
Call-out charge
Site visits are only made to provide treatment but if treatment is not given, a call-out charge of £24.00 (including VAT) applies.
Other pests not listed above: service will generally be advice only.
