Inspecting individual sites
Once we have a list of sites in the order in which they need to be inspected we will commence detailed site inspection for individual sites. Normally we will review all documentary information that is available on the site and this will inform us as to whether we need to conduct more detailed inspection of the site.
A preliminary investigation can include a site walkover and if required limited soil sampling.
Where the preliminary survey suggests that we need to carry out more widespread soil sampling then we will do so. This additional sampling will be with a view to undertaking remediation treatment on a site-specific basis.
