Public Register - pollution
This section contains the public register under the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999.
The council is required to maintain a public register in connection with its own activities under the Pollution Prevention Control Act 1999 and also to maintain a local copy of the information that the Environment Agency retains on its public register.
The council is reliant upon the Environment Agency to supply it with information about Part A1 activities.
The information may be freely downloaded and reproduced from this section. Should you ask the council to produce it and issue it as a hard copy then a charge may be made.
