Energy Saving Week

We are working with the Energy Saving Trust to promote Energy Saving Week which runs from the 25 to the 31 October

Energy Saving Week, which has been successful for the last 14 years, is the Energy Saving Trust's annual nationwide campaign to encourage you to save energy and reduce your carbon emissions

This year's theme is Control

This year’s theme for Energy Saving Week is Control – which looks at ways that we can manage and minimise our energy consumption in the home – looking at examples of how people across the UK have taken control of their finances and found ways to control their energy usage.

Do you have Grand Designs? Then visit Oak Tree House

We would like to encourage you to visit Oak Tree House, Woking's eco-demonstration property. The retrofitted 1930's home will be open 10am-4pm (25-30 October); you will be able to look around and gather ideas for your own home at leisure. Energy advisors will be on hand to answer all your questions and assist you to keep warm this winter while reducing your carbon emissions and your fuel bills. Plus, on Wednesday 27 the Energy Saving Trust will be setting up a mobile energy stall at Oak Tree House to offer you the latest energy advice.
