Making a complaint

This page is about making a benefits complaint.

We aim to give a high standard of service to everyone and we care about getting things right. 

So, if you have a comment, concern or a complaint about our service, we want to know.

We would also like to know if you think we have provided a good service or if a particular member of staff has been helpful.
