Landlords newsletter

This page is an information page which includes information about or Benefit processing times, legislation updates and general news of interest for both Private and Registered Social Landlords.

We produce a quarterly newsletter for both Registered Social Landlords and Private Landlords.

The newsletters are sent out to landlords who are currently receiving Housing Benefit or Local Housing Allowance for their tenants. We are including the newsletter on our website to ensure that landlords who are not on our mailing list continue to have access to this information.
