Masterplan documentation
The Masterplan was completed in December 2005. You can use the links below to view the Masterplan or a Summary of the Masterplan.
The Preston Regeneration Masterplan sets out ideas and proposals for the physical regeneration of the Preston area, it also explains the process and consultation that lead to the publication of the Masterplan. These projects will all be subject to public consultation in the future.
The Masterplan itself is 149 pages long. The document has been split into sections to make viewing and downloading easier. You may prefer to look at the Executive Summary first as this gives a good overview of the whole Masterplan.- Introduction section
