The Merstham estate is a priority regeneration area for the council and its public and voluntary sector partners. This section is about the work to improve opportunities for local people and to improve the physical environment on the estate.
Latest news
Proposals for improvements to the Merstham estate, in and around Portland Drive, were approved by the Council’s Executive on 17 November 2011. The proposals include new retail facilities, a new community hub, new housing, and improvements to public spaces and pedestrian links.
