Latest news

Proposals for improvements to the Merstham estate, in and around Portland Drive, were approved by the Council’s Executive on 17 November 2011. The proposals include new retail facilities, a new community hub, new housing, and improvements to public spaces and pedestrian links. The formal consultation documents can be downloaded from the Merstham Estate Local Centre Planning Framework page.
