Local Shopping Monitors

This page allows you to download the annual Local Shopping Centre monitor.

The Local Centre monitor is produced annually by the Council and provides information on the occupants and shopping offer within the borough's eighteen local shopping centres.

Information in the monitor includes:

• analysis of the mix of use classes within the local shopping areas
• long term vacancy and use class trends.

Full schedules of the occupiers in each centre are available on request from the Planning Policy Team at the contact details below.
