Housing Monitors
This section allows you to download the Housing Delivery Monitor.
The housing delivery monitor is produced annually after the 31 March, when the housing numbers are reported, and provides information on the housing market and the development and delivery of new homes in the borough.
Information in the housing monitor includes:
- analysis of the national and local housing market
- monitoring of housing delivery against targets
- analysis of trends on completions and new permissions
- information on affordable housing provision within the borough.
The document also includes the borough's housing trajectory and demonstrates the 5 year supply of housing land as required by Planning Policy Statement 3 Housing.
