Standards Committee
This page provides links with information and help about the Standards Committee.
The Standards Committee helps to promote and maintain the highest standards of conduct amongst members of the Council, and ensures that Councillors act in accordance with the Local Government Code of Conduct.
The Standards Committee also has an advisory role and reviews the training provided to new members.
The Committee, which currently consists of five Reigate & Banstead Borough Councillors, three local Town/Parish Councillors and five independent people, meets at least four times a year.
Membership of the Committee for 2012-13 will be added following Annual Council on 24 May..
