The attached report indicates the aims and objectives of the work of the Panel, its projected outcomes, corporate governance issues and the proposed timetable for its work.
Current Position
The Panel met on four occasions between February and April 2004 to receive evidence and reports. The Panel's report was considered by the Executive on 8 July 2004 and a number of its recommendations were supported and have been implemented.Agenda/Minutes
