Remit
The remit of the Housing Scrutiny Review Panel includes consideration of:
- The Registered Social Landlord performance;
- YMCA rent guarantee scheme review;
- Private Sector Housing Action Plan;
- Homelessness Strategy;
- Housing Register; and
- Review of the LAWN project.
Current position
Each of the reviews undertaken by the Panel has resulted in its findings being reported to the Executive who have taken them into account.
The conclusions of the Panel's reviews are contained in the Minutes of the meetings set out below.

Next meeting
