Corporate Plan 2009-12
The priorities have been developed from a variety of evidence including information about the borough, legislative requirements and public consultation. We have also taken into account the Priority Areas in the Reigate and Banstead Community Plan 2020 and the targets in the Local Area Agreement for Surrey.
In particular, the regeneration work started as part of our 2006-9 Plan forms the basis of ongoing work in the new Plan.
