Reigate & Banstead Contract Procedure Rules
The Contract Procedure Rules are part of the Council’s Constitution. They govern every contractual arrangement needed to deliver the Council’s services. In addition to ensuring compliance with Public Procurement law they aim to achieve value for money on a whole life basis. They can be viewed at Part 4b - Rules of Procedure . (PDF document [281.5Kb])
EU Public Procurement Legislation
Goods and Services contracts over £173,934 and Works contracts over £4,348,350,000 have to be purchased in accord with EU Procurement Legislation.
