Tacit consent will apply to the applications and notifications listed below unless representations have been received from an interested party or responsible authority during the relevant period. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the council by the end of the stated target completion period.

This is because it is in the public interest that the council must process your application before it can be granted.
